interj.  an expression that something is no longer available, as in “Caviar, Phfft.  Now When You Cross the Atlantic, You’d Better Have Cucumber Slices” by Edward Wong (New York Times).  In this article, Wong explains that with the end of Concorde’s trans-Atlantic service, travelers accustomed to luxurious, high-speed flights would no longer be served caviar appetizers, and moreover should consider packing their own cucumber slices to soothe their tired eyes.
