Thanks to Gordon Meyer for blogging about the Church of Bigfoot:
Visiting the Church of Bigfoot
I was privileged to visit the Church of Bigfoot on a recent trip to Tennessee. It's located deep in a beautiful wooded holler, which, frankly, is a perfect location. Although I didn't get to experience an actual cryptozoological manifestation, it truly felt awe-inspiring. Take a look at the fascinating video tour on YouTube.
If you're going to be in the Gatlinburg area, consider staying at the equally charming Luminary Lodge, which you can read my review of here. It's in the vicinity of the church. Two birds with one stone, and all that.

Bigfoot: "I receive your thoughts perfectly, but I'm not getting through to you!"
Man: "Even if I could read your mind, I wouldn't try."
From The Australian Women's Weekly, 1960. It actually exists: the Bigfoot Bible.
